Professional Liability Insurance for

Customer Feedback

  • I’m generally quick to complain about bad service, so I should be first to praise good service. I contacted Lockton Affinity, who has our General Liability and Professional Liability insurance under the ASHI program, about making a change to our policy. I had just had the policy issued in my name, and a client pointed this out and wanted our company name on the policy as an insured. I figured, if this could be done at all, it would (1) be expensive, and (2) take days and days.  Well, 20 minutes after I sent the EMAIL, I got an email with a copy of the updated policy page attached! And it didn’t cost me anything! Having dealt with insurance companies most of my career, I was impressed. And all this for under $100/yr. Good job Lockton Affinity. And good job ASHI.
